The Muscle-Up.

In some circles regarded as the 'holy grail', and for good reasons. Sure, it's a damn cool skill,  but even more-so it's awesome because of the benefits it brings to work towards. Amazing pulling strength? Check. Mobile & healthy shoulders? Check. Scapular strength & stability? Check. A doorway to more advanced & fun skills? Check. 

Do I need to sell the Muscle-Up further? Thought not.. 
But why this course..?

I've been obsessed with the Muscle-Up for a long time. I've researched every part of it, partly to get better at it myself, but also in order to teach it effectively. It's a skill that so many want, yet it's rare to see a clever approach being utilized (hence why so few can do it..๐Ÿ™ˆ).
So what is a 'clever approach'?

  • Individualized & progressive. We need to make sure you work on YOUR level; not too hard, not too easy; 'just right'. We also need to make sure you don't progress too fast, or too slow, but 'just right'. My program is constructed (& adapted) to make sure you always work on that 'just right' level.
  • Ensuring quality. The Muscle-Up has a lot of subtle details you need to get right. If you don't practice with 'quality', you will not reach it (or at best you'll get a very ugly one..๐Ÿ˜). By continuously receiving individual feedback with cues & corrections, we will assure that you practice with quality in every single repetition.
  • A supportive environment. We are all very effected by our environment & chasing a goal by yourself is very hard. This course will put you in a supportive environment among people equally passionated about achieving the Muscle-Up. We will lift each-other up.


Upon registration you will gain access to a (super secret๐Ÿ˜) Facebook Group. All the communication, information & feedback will take place in this group. Every Sunday you will receive a program for the coming week (along with instructions & tips), each week will build upon the previous week. During the 6 weeks we will communicate, share successes (& failures๐Ÿ˜ฑ) & grow together.
I will be available throughout the entire experience to coach, support & assist.

The course will include; 

  • 6 weeks of programming (delivered one week at the time). The program is yours forever.
  • A community of people working towards the Muscle-Up, sharing & interacting.
  • Continuous & individual feedback (via the Facebook Group and/or in private).
  • Instructional videos for every exercise & movement.
  • A detailed breakdown on how to structure the program to fit your schedule.
  • Learning how to continue to progress long after the course ends.
  • Getting stronger than ever before.


What equipment do I need?

A pair of Gymnastics Rings. That's it. 

What are the prerequisites to join the course?

I'd recommend that you can do around 3 solid Pull-Ups & have used the Rings to some capacity before. However, the course will cover all bases so you will get everything you need to achieve a Muscle-Up regardless of your starting point.

How many times per week is the program?

The program will require you to do 2-4 sessions per week (varies slightly from week to week). One session lasts around 45min.

Can I still do other forms of training while participating in this course?

Yes, although I recommend you make this a priority for the 6 weeks.

Will we be working on Ring or Bar Muscle-Ups?

We will focus on Rings. If you build up to a 'Ring Muscle-Up', you will have the strength required to do a 'Bar Muscle-Up'; it's just a matter of technique (which comes way quicker once strength is there)!

Will I achieve a Muscle-Up in 6-weeks?

Unfortunately I can't predict the future. However, I can control making the best possible course (hence; I did..๐Ÿ˜).
Depending on your individual starting point; it is entirely possible to achieve a beautiful Muscle-Up in 6-weeks. If not, you will have all the tools necessary to achieve it (& the process will have made you stronger than ever before).
