The purpose of this course is to get better at Pull-Ups & increase your pulling strength, whether that's achieving your first, being able to do more repetitions or working towards harder variations.
I believe in the power of a supportive community & environment, therefor my vision with this course is to bring together a group of people with the same goal to support each-other. We will lift each-other up (literally.. Pull-Up... Get it!?😜)

I want this course to be educational. It is not a "get a Pull-Up in 6 weeks" program. It's an educational process where you learn how to continuously get stronger, so you can continue yourself well past the 6 week mark. 

In short; “putting you in a supportive environment in order for your Pull-Up to get stronger than ever.”


Upon registration you will gain access to a (super secret😝) Facebook Group. All the communication, information & feedback will take place in this group. You will gain access to 6-weeks of programming, each week will be different & build upon the previous. During the 6 weeks we will communicate, share successes (& failures😱🙈) & grow together. The group consists of people who have already completed the program (and have continued their Pull-Up journey) as-well as people who will be doing it alongside YOU!
This way you can gain insights from people who have gone through the process (including people in the 'success stories'  below) while working with people who are at exactly the part you're at!
I will be available throughout the entire experience for support & feedback!

The course will include; 

  • 6 weeks of programming (delivered one week at the time).
  • A community of 20 people with a common goal training together.
  • Continuous & individual feedback (via the Facebook Group or in private, if preferred).
  • Instructional videos for every exercise & movement.
  • Personal guidance on how to structure the program to fit your schedule.
  • Learning how to continue to get stronger long after the course ends.


Anyone who wants to get stronger at Pull-Ups & gain pulling strength. If you practice a sport which require pulling strength (crossfit, climbing, rowing, swimming etc..), this is for you. If you want to get stronger for life, this is for you.. If you just want to do cool shit, this is definitely for you.. 😝

What equipment do I need?

A pair of Gymnastic Rings and/or a Pull-Up bar. An exercise band would also be preferred, although not necessary.

How many times per week is the program?

The program will be easily adaptable so you can fit it into your schedule, and I will help you do so. 2-3 sessions each week will be preferred. One session lasts around 30-45min.

I can't even do one Pull-Up, can I do this program?

YESS! In fact, I'd say you are best suited if you can currently do between 0 & 5 Pull-Ups, but you will increase your pulling strength regardless of your current level!
